Ihre Aufgaben

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate project resources and team activities
Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues
Ensure deliverables meet quality and business requirements
Facilitate meetings and communication among project participants
Manage project documentation and governance processes
Track project costs and ensure budget compliance
Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in project management and experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage)
Strong leadership and communication skills as well as excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Collaborative spirit — bridges software engineering, product management and project IT
Conflict resolution and negotiation as well as time management and prioritization
Fluent German, English and French (written and spoken)
