- Managing the applicant management process from requirements analysis through to hiring
- Conducting interviews (by phone, online, and in person) and providing support throughout the candidate journey
- Maintaining and managing applicant data in the HR system to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Identifying and reaching out to suitable candidates through active sourcing, such as LinkedIn or XING
- Working closely with business units and the HR Manager
- Independently organizing recruiting events (such as job fairs)
- Assisting with onboarding and optimizing existing processes
- Contributing to day-to-day HR operations, as well as supporting and covering for HR team members in various areas of responsibility

Your profile
- A university degree with a focus on human resources management, business administration, psychology, or a comparable education with several years of professional experience
- At least three to five years of experience in recruiting or in the HR field
- Proficiency with HR and IT systems, ideally with Personio or SAP
- Interest in modern recruiting trends and digital tools
- Strong communication skills, empathy, persuasiveness, and a structured approach to work
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
